Voice minutes and AI WhatsApp replies are counted separately. Starter: 200 voice minutes if you choose voice, or 1,000 AI WhatsApp replies if you choose WhatsApp, a month. Pro: 500 voice minutes and 5,000 AI WhatsApp replies a month. Premium: 1,200 voice minutes and 12,000 AI WhatsApp replies a month.

No. We warn you as you approach your allowance, and anything above it is charged at the overage rates. The agent keeps working.
Annual billing takes 10 per cent off the plan fee and is paid up front for twelve months. Add-ons are not discounted.
You can cancel with notice. The exact terms will be in our refund and cancellation policy, which is currently a draft.

WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta, not by us. You add your own payment method to your WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills you directly. Rates vary by country and message category and change over time, so we do not quote them here.
