AI Front Desk

AI voice receptionist for UK businesses

An AI assistant answers calls on a UK number, takes the details and hands over to your team when it should. It tells every caller it is an AI.

AI and recording

What it does on a call

  • Greets and discloses

It answers, says it is an AI assistant and tells the caller if the call is recorded.
  • Answers from your facts

Opening hours, services and simple questions come from the knowledge base you approve. If it does not know, it says so.
  • Captures and books

It takes names, numbers and reasons, and offers slots from a connected calendar where you want that.
  • Hands over

Complaints, urgent matters and anyone who asks for a person are passed on using your rules.

UK numbers

You can have a new UK number, or forward the number you already use.
  • A new UK number routed to your agent
  • Forward your existing number to it
  • Moving (porting) an existing number is possible in some cases and quoted separately

What it captures

  • Caller name and phone number
  • The reason for the call
  • Preferred time or callback window
  • Anything else you ask it to collect, such as a postcode

You receive a short summary of each call by email.

Limits

  • It is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for emergencies
  • It does not give clinical, legal or financial advice
  • It does not make outbound calls at launch
  • It works in English first

Hear how a call can go

This is a scripted simulation with a fictional business. It plays no audio and no real call is placed.

Frequently asked questions

Only if you choose recording. When a call is recorded, the assistant tells the caller at the start. Recordings are handled as described in our privacy policy.

You can forward your existing number to a new UK number we set up. Moving (porting) your number to us is possible in some cases and is quoted separately.

It says so, takes the caller details and hands over to a person using the rules we agree with you, for example a callback, an email summary or an urgent alert.

English first. Additional languages are planned and shown as coming soon on the pricing page.

No. It is not an emergency service. If a caller describes an emergency it points them to 999 or the right emergency service and flags your team. Never rely on it to handle urgent situations.
